Return & Cancellation Policy

Rejoice Basket does not accept any kind of returns created by customers for edible items related to Confectionery (Chocolates) and Bakery Products (Cookies, Muffins and etc) to maintain quality, health and hygiene factors. The customers who are ordering products using Rejoice Basket Kart are requested to cancel products before the order has been generated by us. In-case if the damages occur during transit or during delivery of confectionery and bakery products Rejoice Basket would be liable to refund the full amount to customers. You can cancel your order through phone or through email. Your order amount less the payment gateway charges will be refunded. In case the preparation of your order has started, you cannot cancel the order. There will be no refund in such an event. In the event, where Rejoice Basket is not able to deliver the product due to no-stock or other reasons, entire order amount will be refunded. Any kind of order or transaction done by customers at Rejoice Basket’s online website related to fraudulent activities can be cancelled by us on immediate basis with sole discretion. In-case the gifts returned by customers apart from edible items such as confectionery & bakery products are suspected to be broken, scratched or damaged in such condition it would be resulting towards non-refundable payments. Such gifts being returned by customers have to be shipped at their own costs and refund would be generated after seeing condition of products after 10 days by inspecting products quality, designs and damages either being made or not.
